DNS record checker

You edited a record and now everything disagrees about whether it is live. This reads the record twice: straight from the domain's own nameservers, bypassing every cache, and again through two public caching resolvers. If the two views match, the edit is live. If they don't, we show how many seconds those cached copies have left — two resolvers sampled, not a claim about every resolver on the internet.
