This reads RDAP, the registries' own structured replacement for old-style WHOIS, so the dates and the status codes come back exactly as the registry publishes them. Most registries redact the registrant's contact details under GDPR; that is a state this page reports, not a failure. A registry that does not answer is reported as unknown, which never means the name is free.
