Refund Policy

Plain language, no hoops. This policy covers DNS Doctor Monitor, the paid subscription. The scanner is free and needs no refunds.

Try before you pay

Every Monitor subscription starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required. You only ever pay after you've seen the product working on your own domains.

14-day refund window

If Monitor isn't working out, ask within 14 days of any charge — monthly or yearly — and we'll refund it in full. No questions required (though we'll gladly hear what went wrong).

After the window

Cancel any time with one click from the billing portal — your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it simply doesn't renew. We don't pro-rate partial periods outside the 14-day window, but if you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Agent payments are final

Payments made by agents over the x402 protocol ($0.01 per API call in USDC on base, or $0.005 per domain on our always-paid bulk-scan endpoint) are final. They settle on-chain, with no merchant of record and no way to reverse them, so the 14-day window above does not apply to them. We settle a payment only after the call it paid for was answered — if the call failed, nothing was taken from your wallet.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank). To request one: email [email protected] from your account address, or reply to your Paddle receipt.
