Solid base — two policy steps remain.
o89.be publishes DMARC with p=none — spoofed mail is monitored but not blocked.
Your SPF check is using a softfail ending, which means email sent from servers not on the approved list is only treated as suspicious instead of clearly rejected. This matters because it gives a little less protection against spoofing, but it is still compatible with DMARC. The fix is optional: switch to a stricter reject ending only after you are sure every legitimate sender is already included in the approved list.
v=spf1 +a +mx DMARC is set up, but it is only monitoring messages and not blocking anything. That means spoofed or fake emails using your domain can still get through more easily. To fix it, change DMARC from monitoring-only to an enforcement mode so mail that fails checks is rejected or sent to spam.
