DMARC monitoring tools compared (2026): prices, retention, limits
This is a dataset, not a ranking. Every figure below was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 2026-09-09 and is quoted as published; where a vendor does not publish a number, the cell says so rather than guessing. Prices are list prices in USD, monthly billing unless the vendor only shows annual. If you find a figure that has moved, the page's updated date tells you how old the read is.

How to read it
- Entry paid price is the cheapest plan that is not a free or personal tier. Annual figures are shown where the vendor shows them.
- Domains and retention are for that entry plan. Most vendors sell more domains and longer history on higher tiers; the vendor pages linked below have the full ladder.
- Volume cap is the vendor's own unit: dmarcian and EasyDMARC count messages, PowerDMARC counts "compliant emails", URIports counts reports. They are not directly comparable, which is why the column quotes the unit.
- API and agent access are listed only when the vendor documents them. "Not published" means the page did not say, not that the feature is absent.
- Enforcement guidance describes how the product moves a domain from p=none to quarantine and reject: manual (you read the reports and decide), guided (the app proposes steps), automated (the vendor manages the records), or evidence-gated.

Where DNS Doctor sits
Cheapest per domain among the paid tiers here at ten domains for a flat price, the longest entry-plan retention alongside PowerDMARC and DMARCguard, no volume cap, and the only one in the table that publishes an agent interface. It does not offer hosted DNS records, BIMI, or multi-year retention; if you need those, Valimail, PowerDMARC and DMARCguard list them on higher tiers.
